Designed
after it's name, the Glass House is a new 23-story glass and
steel building set in the heart of Riverfront Park with panoramic
views of downtown Denver to the east and an unobstructed view
of the Rocky Mountains to the west.
Constuction
completed in March 2007. The entire development is made up of
two towers from floors 8-23 that sit on a single base of the
lower 7-stories plus one basement level reserved for resident
parking.
At 23 stories,
Glass House is positioned to be one of the highest of the new
Riverfront Park residential development.
One of the
principal development partners is East West Partners, known
for luxury developments in Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch,
Cordillera, Breckenridge, and Keystone Ranch. East West has
already completed many of the new residential buildings in Riverfront
including Riverfront Tower,
Park Place & Promenade.
